Yes. Once your setup fee is paid in full, you own your custom design, all content, and your domain. If you ever leave, you get a complete export of everything. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
Which PMS platforms do you integrate with?
I work with most major PMS platforms including Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, Streamline, TRACK, OwnerRez, Hospitable, and Boom. If your PMS has an API or booking widget, we can integrate it.
What happens if I cancel my monthly plan?
You can cancel monthly maintenance with 30 days notice. You keep your website files, content, and domain. You'll just need to arrange your own hosting going forward. For the $0-down plan, early cancellation is subject to the remaining setup fee balance.
Do you write the website content?
Yes. I write SEO-optimized copy for your property pages, area guides, and all core site content. You provide the details about your properties and market — I turn it into content that ranks and converts.
How fast will my site actually be delivered?
Most sites launch within 3–14 days depending on the tier and scope. The main variable is how quickly you can provide property photos, descriptions, and feedback on the design. I work fast — the bottleneck is almost never on my end.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
