Services

Truve Creative provides custom website design, development, and ongoing maintenance services for vacation rental operators. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

Project Agreements

All projects are governed by a separate project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and ownership rights. These terms supplement but do not replace individual project agreements.

Payment Terms

• Setup fees are due per the schedule outlined in your project agreement, typically 50% upfront and 50% at launch.
• Monthly maintenance and hosting fees are billed on the first of each month.
• For $0-down monthly plans, the 18-month agreement begins on the date of site launch.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own your website's custom design, content, and domain. You retain all rights to your brand assets, photography, and written content. Truve Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio with your permission.

Website Hosting & Maintenance

Monthly fees cover hosting, security monitoring, SSL certificates, and routine maintenance. Content updates are included within reasonable limits as defined in your service tier.

Cancellation

• Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• The $0-down monthly plan requires completion of the 18-month agreement term. Early cancellation is subject to the remaining balance of the standard setup fee.
• Upon cancellation, you receive a full export of your website files and content.

Limitation of Liability

Truve Creative is not liable for lost revenue, bookings, or business interruptions resulting from website downtime, third-party service failures, or factors outside our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Revisions & Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees, which will be communicated and approved before work begins.
